Niagara Parks Culinary presents a specially curated Canada 150 barbeque menu on the front lawn of Queen Victoria Place on July 1 and 2 from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. Enjoy seasonal dishes made with ingredients from local growers and producers, VQA wines and a selection of local craft beers and ciders. This is an outdoor, licensed event.
Inside, at Queen Victoria Place Restaurant and down the road at Elements on the Falls Restaurant, check out the East Coast Maritimes feature menu, with favourites like clam chowder, steamed Atlantic lobster, baked lemon herb cod fillet, and baked Acadian apple crumble tart. Niagara Parks Culinary will feature specialty menus from the four corners of Canada.
