EVENT DESCRIPTION

Pickling, salting, brining and smoking are all techniques with which food was preserved for centuries for the long winter months. This five-course menu draws inspiration from these methods, as well as cuisines which heavily employ them such as Danish and Nordic, to bring the delicious flavours of winter to your plate.

Working together with Redchurch, we've set up a dinner where the art is on your plate and around you. You will dine in the beautiful gallery space in the back of Redchurch with local art on full display. There will also be bar service available all night.
