Reclusion, 18m, Iran, Behrad Sahebgharani

The story is about a girl called Delaram, who has Down Syndrome and lives with her mother. She is ignored by society as a result of her mental and physical disorders, which makes her feel lonely. She strongly wants to have a close friend to spend some time with, just like normal kids.


Balance, 3m, Iran, barzan rostami

It’s a story about the soldiers who are sacrificing their lives so that  future generations may live in peace.


Lunch Time, 15m, Iran, Alireza Ghasemi

A 16-year-old girl has come to the hospital to identify the body of her mother. The people in charge at the hospital – due to her young age – won’t let her into the morgue and ask her to bring her guardian instead. However, the girl insists that most of her family is in jail for criminal activities. Finally, after her insistence, they agree to let her into the morgue. But what is she really there for?

Historians believe, one of the most tragic events in America's History of racial discrimination is 'Tulsa' killing in 1921. More than 300 Blacks were killed and 126 houses were destroyed.

The parents of a brain dead young boy, are waiting for his surgery.

Mahtab is a wondeful kindergarden teacher who is being accused of child abuse. 


Breathing, 15m, Iran, Farshid Ayoobinejad

Factory workers, without health care, work in deplorable conditions and must look after each other.

Filmmakers, travel to our event, from all over the world. We connect filmmakers and give them another voice. ​We celebrate the art of movie making from concept to completion. From the budding filmmaker to the pro, we are always working to move the film industry in Hamilton a little further each year! The event is a leader in the local film community, bringing industry development and quality networking opportunities throughout the year.
