Blue Dinghy's season two, night one theme will be Modern Canadian Cuisine with a winter flare.
This unique series of pop-up dinner events, taking place in the middle of Burlington in collaboration with Nickel Brook Brewing Co. at their brewery.
The concept was to bring together like-minded specialists in the food and beverage world to create innovative and fun collabarative events and experiences. Blue Dinghy kitchen series was launched in October 2016 with a series of 8 events over 8 weeks and will be as a side project of Topowe boutique events and catering.
