Blue Dinghy Kitchen series - Season Two, Finale Night

This event is a collaboration between Stephanie Brewster's (Chopped Canada's season one winner) brand new Fuego Tapas Bar in Oakville and Tobias Pohl-Weary's (Blue DInghy, Topowe and Red Canoe Bistro) Topowe boutique events and catering.

And will feature exquisite, hand-prepared food with unique cocktails and beer pairings featuring Nickel Brook's craft selections and live music, throughout the entire brewery.

This unique series of pop-up dinner events, taking place in the middle of Burlington in collaboration with Nickel Brook Brewing Co. at their brewery.

The Blue Dinghy concept was to bring together like-minded specialists in the food and beverage world to create innovative and fun collabarative events and experiences. Blue Dinghy kitchen series was launched in October 2016 with a series of 8 events over 8 weeks and will be as a side project of Topowe boutique events and catering.

 

Tickets are very limited $90

includes the foods of Fuego and Topowe, beverage pairings and live music
